After being made redundant from my job at the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic I was struggling with what direction I wanted my career to go in. I decided that my current career of training & development wasn’t something I wanted to continue doing but I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do.

This wasn’t a decision I took lightly as it was an investment into my future & I wanted to ensure I got all the relevant support & equipment necessary to successfully complete the course.

After reading several helpful reviews I decided ICS would be the most appropriate course provider, in order to decide which course I would then take I used the helpful guide on the ICS website & again after reading all the relevant information I decided on the bookkeeping & accountancy course.

I then spoke with a very helpful lady from ICS who discussed all the relevant options that were available to me & gave me lots of help & advice to ensure I made the most informed decision possible.

I was skeptical initially & concerned about the level of support that I would get, however there was no need to be concerned at all as the tutors advice & support has been second to none. They are incredibly responsive to any questions or queries I’ve had & have taken time & consideration to answer everything thoroughly & ensure I fully understand their response.

I’m pleased I saw through my initial reservations & went ahead with the course through ICS. I’m thoroughly enjoying working through the course & furthering my knowledge & experience.

I’m excited for where this course is going to take my career.
