Leticia wanted to pursue a career change so she decided to study a CIPD Level 3 certificate with us. Read her story below.

Hello, my name is Leticia, and I have been working as a people & payroll assistant for a consultancy (construction industry) for 7 months. I studied the CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice with ICS, and I started my journey with them in April 2022, and I finished it in April this year.

Since I had no previous experience in this area, I wanted to learn about this world and show employers I was committed to making this career change and working with HR.

This qualification definitely helped me to get the job I wanted, and I want to start level 5 in the near future to keep improving my skills and being able to apply what I will learn in my daily job.
