ICS Learn Launches New Tiered Support Model for CIPD Learners

That's why we're proud to announce the launch of our Essential, Enhanced and Elite study pathways, offering CIPD students greater choice over how they're supported while they work towards their qualification.  

One CIPD Qualification, Three Ways to Get There

The move reflects a broader shift in how we approach online learning; moving away from a single, one-size-fits-all support model in favour of a flexible framework built around how individual learners actually want to study.

"Some are confident, self-motivated students who want the flexibility to work through their course independently. Others are returning to study for the first time in years and want more structure and regular touchpoints to stay on track. And some want the reassurance of a dedicated tutor guiding them through every stage of their qualification. This launch means learners no longer have to compromise. They can choose the experience that's right for them."

Studying CIPD Online: What's Changing?

Under the new model, all CIPD students will select one of three pathways at the point of enrolment:

• Essential: designed for independent, self-led study. Learners get full access to their Programme Hub, digital learning content, submission hub and student community.
• Enhanced: ICS Learn's most popular pathway, adding a live induction session, assessment masterclasses, and Q&A drop-in sessions, along with faster marking and academic query turnaround times.
• Elite: a fully bespoke pathway that includes personalised tutor support, 1:1 tutorials, and the fastest marking and query response times available.

All three pathways lead to the same accredited CIPD qualification, 24/7 access to mystudyspace, ICS Learn's all-in-one virtual learning platform, and expert academic guidance. 

Why Now? 

This exciting change comes as demand for flexible, career-focused HR and L&D qualifications continues to grow. The majority of our CIPD students are balancing study with full-time work and other commitments, making the right level of support not just the right content) a critical factor in whether learners complete their qualification.

The Essential, Enhanced and Elite pathways are now available for new students enrolling on any of our CIPD Level 3, 5 and 7 courses.
